Returns & Exchanges
Items purchased during a sale (discounted 15% or more) are considered final sale.
Returns or exchanges are not available for orders shipped outside the United States or Israel.
Eligible items in sellable condition may be exchanged or issued store credit within 7 days of delivery (no refunds).
To initiate a return or exchange, or for any pre-purchase inquiries, please contact sales@sapirbachar.com.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees and taxes (if covered by Sapir Bachar) will be deducted from the return.
All returned items must be in perfect, unused condition and include the original, undamaged box and pouch.
Sapir Bachar reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements; customers will be notified by email.
Please note that taxes, duties, and additional charges paid by the customer are non-refundable.
